NPD Express will spend up to a day with the key players in your NPD process. Together we will: -

• - Understand how your existing process works
• - Uncover areas that cause delay in your process
• - Identify methods to improve the process

Within a few days of the meeting you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the current state process and identifying an action plan to generate improvements. Often this action plan will be a set of activities that that can be carried out by the key players in the process with little need for additional facilitation.

This is a highly productive exercise and real gains in the efficiency of your NPD process can be realised in a short space of time.
